Message from Head of GP

 

The main theme of AUB is to prepare the students professionally sound, morally upright and physically fit .GP Department of AUB has been playing a magnificent role to prepare the younger generation to face the challenges of the time successfully. Undoubtedly it can be said that AUB deserves appreciation for its novel venture to prepare the students with their knowledge to serve the nation honestly. Department of Government & Politics cordially welcomes our beloved students.

The Department of Government and Politics was established under the School of Social Sciences with an objective to acquaint students with the basic concepts and ideas of Government and Politics with a view to equip them with sound foundation and knowledge in the discipline which will prepare them to adjust to the reality of the multidimensional issues of the contemporary world. From the very initial days of its establishment, it has been able to attract the meritorious students of the country.

 

At present, the department offers two programs: B.S.S.(Hons.) in Government and Politics and M.S.S. in Government and Politics. The department is enriched with highly qualified faculties with Ph.D. and Masters degree from reputed universities of home and abroad
